Waterside Marketplace is a 440,000 square foot retail center in Chesterfield Township. The project entailed the design of pedestrian plazas, parking lots, stormwater management areas, utilities, and three distinct roadway design projects.
Waterside Drive is a 3,500 foot long private roadway. Pedestrian pathways, signage, and landscaping were included in the road design. A concrete surfaced roundabout was also designed at the intersection of Waterside Drive and West Vergote. The roundabout was designed in accordance with FHWA design guidelines, and approved by Chesterfield Township.
