James Butler, PE

James Butler is the Project Executive of PEA Group. He has been with the firm for over 25 years and directs the firm’s engineering, surveying, and marketing departments. He is accountable for developing our strategic plan and maintaining the firm’s business plan. He also directs project management of all civil engineering and surveying projects. With over 30 years of civil engineering project experience, Mr. Butler has been responsible for designing and managing various projects involving commercial, educational, medical, healthcare, residential, and industrial clients. He coordinates and supervises multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring their completion falls within the allocated timeline and budget.
