M1 Concourse

M1 Concourse is an over $40 million state-of-the-art performance track built on a former 87-acre manufacturing site at the northwest corner of Woodward Avenue and South Boulevard. M1 includes a private community of over 277 private climate-controlled garages, a 1.5-mile performance track with 1/3 mile straightaway, 10 challenging turns, exhilarating 25 feet of elevation change and a 2.5-acre skidpad, a 25,000 square foot clubhouse/event center, up to
100,000 square feet single or multi-tenant office space, proposed retail, public auto-themed restaurant, and a walkable village of autofocused retail businesses.

The new track tire wall was constructed to include over 20,000 used tires. Over 500,000 square feet of concrete was demolished and processed on-site as fill and base material. Additionally, over
1,000,000 square feet of asphalt pavement was processed on-site and reused as a base and fill material.

The new performance track is utilized for a variety of purposes. Most notably, it is available to the automotive industry for testing, training, and marketing events. M1 Concourse offers a multitude of
events open to the public, including driving schools, open track days,  Autocross, Motor Bella, Road Kill Nights, and more. Owners of the Private Garages at M1 Concourse have track access through the M1 Motorsports Club.
