Todd Shelly, PS

Todd Shelly is the Director of Survey Operations and has over 25 years of land surveying experience.  As Director, Todd is responsible for managing the company-wide surveying resources to service our clients’ land development and energy/infrastructure projects. He collaborates with other groups within PEA Group to provide clients with a single point of contact with the multiple services the company offers.

Mr. Shelly is also responsible for staff and project management, including project estimation, scheduling, budgeting and execution, staff assignments, and client management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in both Survey Engineering from Ferris State University and is a licensed Professional Surveyor in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa.
