Celebrating the Grand Opening of M1 Concourse’s New Performance Vehicle Service Center

Exciting News!

We are thrilled to share that our team had the honor of joining M1 Concourse for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of their state-of-the-art Performance Vehicle Service Center on August 9, 2023.

Located on the legendary Woodward Ave, M1 Concourse is an 87-acre playground for auto enthusiasts. It includes a secure community of 250+ private garages and the Champion Motor Speedway, a 1.5-mile performance track with its own private Motorsports Club.

The Prefix Performance Center is M1’s newest cutting-edge facility and is equipped with all the necessary tools and space to provide a wide range of services, including regular maintenance, pre-race inspections, wheel mounting and balancing, alignments, and many other performance vehicle services. Additionally, the center will feature a convenient fuel station, further enhancing the overall experience for automotive enthusiasts.

PEA Group is proud to have provided the surveying, engineering, and landscape architecture for this newest addition. Our partnership with M1 Concourse dates back to 2013, and we have collaborated on multiple projects aimed at transforming and expanding this vibrant community.
