PEA Group’s Lansing Office Relocation: A Step Towards Innovation and Growth

As part of its ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and community engagement, PEA Group, has recently relocated its Lansing office. This move marks an exciting chapter in the firm’s history, representing a significant step in PEA Group’s strategic roadmap.

In February of 2022, PEA Group acquired civil engineering and land surveying firm, LSG Engineers and Surveyors, expanding the growing company’s offerings in the Lansing market. LSG maintained their office on Pine Tree Road for over 20 years, but with the acquisition and the team growth, it was evident a new location was needed.

In October of 2023, PEA Group’s Lansing office relocated to 2379 Woodlake Drive, Suite 480, Lansing, MI 48864. The new office offers a more spacious, advanced, and vibrant workspace. With the additional space, PEA Group can accommodate a growing team, manage larger projects, and continue delivering excellent services to its clients.

PEA Group’s Lansing team is led by Chris Beland, PS. Chris holds a BS in Survey Engineering and an MBA in Executive Business Management. He is a Michigan-licensed Professional Surveyor and is a member of both the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. As the Regional Director of Survey Services – Brighton and Lansing, Chris oversees the success and development of the Lansing surveying and engineering services.
