Life Remodeled in the Denby Neighborhood Was A Success!
PEA has been involved in the community project at Skinner Playfield in Detroit for Life Remodeled, and is excited that this project was such a success in reshaping Detroit!
Per Chris Lambert, CEO, Life Remodeled: “In six days, 10,700 volunteers became one and lives were remodeled. If you dig numbers, you’ll be happy to know Life Remodeled and our partners remodeled 80 homes, boarded up 362 vacant houses and removed blight on 303 city blocks. Skinner Park is open to the public, and the final touches are nearing completion as we prepare to celebrate on September 7 (4p.m. to 7 p.m.). All are welcome to attend.”
