PEA Congratulates David Nepper, PS on his appointment to the IRWA Executive Committee

David Nepper, PS of PEA has been elected to the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 7 Executive Committee and will serve for a one-year term as Vice President/Program Chair.
The International Right of Way Association is a professional member organization comprised of global infrastructure real estate practitioners. Since 1934, IRWA has served professionals who acquire, manage and transfer the land rights needed for building and maintaining energy and transportation infrastructure.
David’s responsibilities will consists of board member duties along with coordination of the group’s continuing education efforts and acquisition of guest speakers for meetings and meeting coordination.
