PEA Group Named a 2020 ‘Cool Place to Work’ By Crain’s Detroit Business
For the second year in a row, PEA Group is thrilled to announce that we were, once again, selected as one of the 2020 Cool Places to Work in Michigan by Crain’s Detroit Business and Best Companies Group. This annual installment recognizes the best places of employment across the state of Michigan. The two-part process is based on a variety of factors, including corporate policies, practices, and demographics, as well as employee satisfaction and employee benefits, which were identified through a survey completed by PEA Group team members. To be considered for participation, companies had to align with all of the following criteria:
- Have a facility in the state of Michigan
- Have at least 15 employees working in Michigan
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year
PEA Group is among only 100 companies selected for this accolade and on August 14th, was recognized during a virtual event. PEA Group, along with other winners, was also featured on August 17th in a special publication by Crain’s Detroit Business.
This honor is especially gratifying as it comes during a very exciting time at PEA Group. On July 7th, 2020, (formally) PEA, Inc. unveiled a brand refresh that included a new logo, website, and a new name. With over 70 years of experience within the industry, PEA Group is rapidly expanding; our new identity reflects both our past successes and our innovation.
