PEA Group Named a 2022 ‘Cool Place to Work’ By Crain’s Detroit Business

PEA Group is excited to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in the Cool Places to Work in Michigan by Crain’s Detroit Business and Best Companies Group for the fourth year in a row. This annual installment recognizes the best places of employment across the state of Michigan, and PEA Group was identified through a survey completed by our team members. This honor comes at a gratifying time as our company continues to grow and make great strides.

Earlier this year, we expanded our services to Lansing, Michigan through the successful acquisition of LSG Engineers and Surveyors Inc. The accumulation of the Lansing office is PEA Group’s sixth office overall, with four additional offices throughout Michigan and one in Houston, Texas. Our Lansing office provides a full range of both surveying and civil engineering services, including drain-related services, to Greater Lansing and the surrounding areas.

To support our expansion and growing staff count, we moved our headquarters from Troy, Michigan, to Auburn Hills, Michigan – opening our doors in June. This move has allowed us more room to grow and to better serve our Michigan clients. The new space reflects the hard work and dedication of our team members.

All of these exciting changes arise as PEA Group celebrates 75 years of experience within the industry. As part of our 75^th anniversary celebration, we set several initiatives to achieve including selecting 12 charities to receive $1,000 in donations – charities were selected by our employees; selecting six interns to receive $1,947 in scholarship money; and 12 months of employee prize opportunities.

For 75 years, PEA Group has been committed to empowering people to pursue their passion through thoughtful design which enhances communities and provides a path for professional growth. Crain’s selection highlights that commitment and the work we have done to better our company, clients, and employees.
