PEA Group Relocates Headquarters After Almost Three Decades
Land development design leader, PEA Group, will be relocating its headquarters for the first time in almost three decades. PEA Group will relocate this June from Troy to Auburn Hills. Located at 1849 Pond Run, this 24,000 square foot facility will house almost 100 team members.
Designed by F.A.studio, the newly renovated office will feature collaborative and independent workspaces, large huddle rooms, a learning center, and a construction materials testing lab. Future amenities will include a terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

PEA Group has been organically growing. In five years, the company has increased its staff by almost 65%. Today, PEA Group employs over 170 people throughout their Michigan and Texas offices. This new headquarters allows for additional team members as the company continues to expand in the years to come.
PEA Group will be working in their new space on Monday, June 6th. This move comes during an exciting year for the company, as PEA Group is also celebrating its 75th anniversary.
