PEA Group Volunteer Time Off Program

Volunteering is essential, connecting us to the communities we live and work in. Our team understands the importance of supporting the community, and we value the engagements that enhance our local neighborhoods.

In 2020, PEA Group rolled out our new Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program. All regular full-time and part-time employees have the option to volunteer up to eight hours per calendar year with a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit or an equivalent organization that is in accordance with PEA Group guidelines.

Additionally, employees can volunteer for more than one organization. All employees are paid at their regular pay rate for volunteer hours and can take volunteering time off either in two four-hour increments or one eight-hour increment.

PEA Group employees are committed to bettering our communities. As we get ready to celebrate International Volunteer Day on December 5, we are looking back on our volunteering opportunities from this year and looking forward to the volunteering opportunities still ahead in the new year.
