Discussions also centered on our strategic goals spanning people, clients, markets, and operations. Here are a few key highlights:
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
ASTI Environmental introduced a refreshed brand that aligns more closely with PEA Group. The update reflects a clearer approach to communicating services, stronger collaboration across disciplines, and the continued evolution of ASTI as it moves into its next chapter.
PEA Group was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of the Best Places to Work for the seventh consecutive year in 2025. This recognition reflects an ongoing commitment to a workplace culture that supports employee well-being, growth, and professional development.
The firm also earned two additional recognitions from Crain’s in 2025, including Fast 50, highlighting the fastest-growing companies in Metro Detroit, and Private 200, recognizing the largest privately held companies in the region.
As an employee-owned company, PEA Group welcomed two new shareholders, bringing the total to 32. This milestone reflects continued investment in employee growth and long-term ownership within the firm.
Safety remained a priority in 2025, with nearly 1,000 hours of training completed through field safety meetings. These efforts contributed to an 18% improvement in Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) and reinforce a continued focus on accountability, awareness, and safe work practices.
A new leadership structure was introduced to strengthen strategic planning and execution across the firm. This includes the addition of two leadership teams focused on advancing firmwide goals and supporting continued growth.
As we move further into 2026, progress comes from staying aligned, focused, and committed to what matters most. With a shared direction and collective effort, we are well positioned for continued growth.
