Senior Marketing Manager Nicole Rihtarchik Recognized in Crain’s Detroit Notable Leaders in Marketing
PEA Group is excited to share that our Senior Marketing Manager, Nicole Rihtarchik, has been named a Crain’s Detroit Business 2023 Notable Leader in Marketing. The honorees featured in this report were nominated by their peers or companies and selected by Crain’s Detroit Business editors based on their career accomplishments, track record of success and contributions to their industry and community.
Since joining PEA Group in 2018, Nicole has been instrumental in advancing the company’s marketing efforts. She led the 2-year rebrand, managing consultants and the company’s internal rebrand committee. The rebrand was a complete brand identity update, including a new logo, website, and name. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, she kept the rebrand on track and rolled it out in July 2020. The new website generated 7x more leads, a 122% increase in organic and direct traffic, over 75% more returning users, and a 2x average click-through rate compared to the industry average. In a post-rebranding survey, 90% of employees agreed it positively impacted the firm.
Nicole’s proactive and dedicated approach has helped PEA Group advance in several areas, including developing and implementing core marketing processes, increasing proposal hit rates, leading marketing efforts for three mergers and acquisitions, and creating a client satisfaction program as part of the company’s Quality Management initiative.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Michigan State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University. She is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), where she is the membership chair. In 2022, she earned the prestigious Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) accreditation through the organization.
