Spotlight on David Nepper, PS

This month, PEA wants to shine the spotlight on our Senior Project Manager, David Nepper, PS, who is the current President for the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), Chapter 7,  through June 2020.

David has been an active IRWA member for ten years and has served on the Board of Directors for five years, holding multiple positions from Secretary to Vice President. As Chapter President, he will serve as the chief elected officer of the Chapter, presiding at all meetings of the general membership and of the Executive Board while providing leadership and judgment to get the best performance from all officers and committees.

David joined PEA in 2015 and has over 15 years of land surveying experience. In his role, as Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for project management, including project estimation, scheduling, budgeting and execution, staff assignments, and client management.
