Amazon Delivery Station | Romulus, Michigan
PEA designed the site for an 850,000 square foot industrial warehouse facility. The 80-acre site required over 2,000 parking spaces, 64 truck docks, and truck trailer parking for more than 200 trucks. Substantial site engineering was needed to accommodate the 1,500-foot long building and truck circulation. The project involved the removal of a portion of a county drain and permitting with the MDEQ and EPA for wetland impacts.
