PEA Group is working with Ann Arbor Public Schools on their bond and sinking fund implementation. The project focuses on pavement and sidewalk replacement across multiple school buildings throughout the district.
As the lead consultant, our team is providing a full scope of services including land surveying, civil engineering, bidding assistance, and construction administration. The improvements encompass the replacement of parking lots and sidewalks at several schools, ensuring safer and more functional access for students, staff, and visitors.
With construction limited to the summer break, careful planning was required to complete the work within a short timeframe. PEA Group prepared accurate plans to minimize Requests for Information and keep the project moving smoothly. Construction began in August 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
