FCA embarked on developing a comprehensive Roof Asset Management Program, which consisted of their world headquarters and technology center, as well as 26 manufacturing facilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
PEA Group was contracted to complete the roof design and specifications and provide recommendations for selections of a new roof system. The total area of all roof assets assessed was over 50 million square feet. To store and manage all of the findings from the inspections, our team utilized an IRM database. Having quick access to live data-enabled our team to complete the inspections and reports for the 26 separate facilities within a five-month timeframe.
