PEA Group is supporting the Grosse Pointe Public School System through its 2021 sinking fund program with district-wide land surveying, civil engineering design, and consulting services. The program focuses on parking lot and sidewalk replacement projects across nine school buildings, each tailored to the specific site conditions and needs.
Work began in 2023 and continues as part of a multi-year effort. With construction limited to the summer months, PEA Group prepared thorough plans to help minimize Requests for Information and keep schedules on track. The following facilities are included in the program:

- North High School
- Parcells Middle School
- Richard Elementary School
