PEA Group served as the civil engineer for the New Hope Housing Dale Carnegie apartment community, which opened in October 2020. New Hope Housing is Houston’s premier developer of life-stabilizing, affordable, permanent multifamily housing for people struggling to survive on minimal incomes. PEA Group is a proud partner in their commitment to helping vulnerable Houstonians recover from COVID-19 and Hurricane Harvey. Enabling individuals in need to afford quality housing, Dale Carnegie is designed as a 170-unit single room occupancy (SRO) property serving formerly homeless and at-risk individuals.
Located in southwest Houston in the urban, amenity-rich Sharpstown neighborhood, the Dale Carnegie project is situated on approximately 2 acres at the southeast corner of Dale Carnegie and Regency Square Blvd. (77036). This project was designed by distinguished architect Ernesto L. Maldonado, AIA with GSMA, Inc., and Camden Builders served as the Contractor.
