Regents Club of Troy is one of the most elite residential communities in Southeast Michigan with an impressive lifestyle and unique classic English style and look. PEA Group provided landscape architecture services at the entrances to this site, which addressed the under performing landscaping and lighting, as well as an existing concrete surface that had been failing for years. Our team’s practical and innovative solutions included long-lasting and low-maintenance plant material, highly-efficient and less costly LED lighting, and an entryway surface. The new entryway surface now exhibits a more environmentally friendly clay paver, which will drain more efficiently and provide a high-end aesthetic appropriate for this community.
