PEA Group is currently providing civil engineering and consulting services in support of Southgate Community Schools’ 2022 Sinking Fund Program and 2025 Bond Program. The program aims to enhance site functionality and safety across multiple school campuses. To date PEA Group is currently working on or has completed work at the following schools:
Davidson Middle School – Parking Lot Expansions: PEA Group provided surveying, civil engineering design, permitting assistance, and construction-phase support for two parking lot expansions to address increased parking needs.
Anderson High School – Ball Fields Survey: PEA Group completed a detailed design survey to support synthetic turf installation, including field verification and storm sewer coordination for the baseball and softball fields.
Asher Adult Education Campus – Maintenance Building Design: PEA Group delivered site survey, engineering design, permitting, and construction coordination services for a new 4,000 SF maintenance building and surrounding service areas. The project also includes parking for the district’s fleet of school buses.
