PEA Group served as the leader of site development on the Design Team for the new state-of-the-art cancer center for Sparrow Health System. The owner’s vision included an environmentally responsible development that would integrate into their growing campus located in downtown Lansing.
PEA Group was responsible for the full site design including the widening of Michigan Avenue, helping with negotiations between stakeholders, and making public presentations. Additionally, our team coordinated the site elements with the architects, MEP disciplines, and permitting agencies through critical aspects of the project, meeting the owner’s schedule and expectations.
