PEA Group provided site design services for the Woods of Tullamore, a 52-unit site condominium. Located in Oxford Township, this site is approximately 30 acres. The site was zoned for a single-family residential (R1), which requires 80-foot wide lots with a minimum area of 12,000 square feet.
Our team designed the site to integrate with the existing wetland conservation easement. To highlight the wetland the homes were positioned along the edge of the wetland. Due to an additional wetland off Drainer road, our team had to design trunk line utilities throughout the site.
Our team collaborated with the Township to bring community water to the site, which initially had no water supply. The site also required a new sanitary pump station to tie into the existing sanitary force main. PEA Group also developed an 11-foot-high retaining wall and landscape walls that were incorporated into the grading plan.
Now under construction, this new community will have extraordinary views of Oxford Hill Country Club and Tullamore Lake.
